Chinese Restaurants

Chinese restaurants have always played a huge role in my life.  They are where our family always went to celebrate special occasions like weddings, birthdays and other special events.  The food was always good, fairly fast and affordable.  So this is why we went there.  As  a result, we would always associated going to Chinese restaurants with special occasions.  It was not until I got older we would go to Chinese restaurants simply to have a meal.  And after doing so, the diversity and wide range of regional foods that are represented by Chinese restaurants never cease to amaze me.
